Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Caroline is responsible for the strategic planning and financial management, ensuring Commonwealth’s success by overseeing all aspects of corporate accounting, regulatory and tax reporting, as well as handling accounting, payroll, audit and banking relationships.

Prior to joining Commonwealth Capital, Caroline served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for Newcleus LLC, a financial services firm that offers non-qualified compensation benefit solutions. Caroline began her career when she joined Roxborough Manayunk Bank in 2002. During her time there, she served as controller acting as liaison between Auditors and Federal Examiners. Her roles as EVP, CFO for St. Edmond’s Federal Savings Bank and her consecutive positions as VP/ CFO for GCF Bank and EVP/CFO for First Savings Bank of Perkasie PA, provide a perfect background for Commonwealth Capital.

In addition, Caroline has served on the Board of the Financial Managers Society, Philadelphia Chapter, historically acting as Chapter President and winning the Chapter Excellence Award and Membership Growth Awards from the National Chapter. She was Member of the Year in 2015. In every instance Caroline maintains a high-quality level of service and solid client relationships.

Ms. Doyle earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Saint Joseph’s University.
