Kristen Blake is a Loan Processor and is integrally involved in all facets of the loan cycle from initial file intake to closing. She brings over 27 years of quality experience to the organization. Her entree into the business was as a loan opener at GMAC where she subsequently learned to process loans. She later worked for Gateway Mortgage and then became a wholesale account executive at Greenpoint Mortgage. She joined Frankel Financial in 2003 as a senior underwriter/closer. Kristen developed a well-rounded skill set processing, underwriting, and closing all commercial and residential loans for the company. Commonwealth Capital was thrilled to have her join the team and utilize her valuable experience to enhance its loan closing process.
