Rich is the Chief Revenue Officer of Commonwealth Capital and is responsible for new loan origination and management of the business development team. He has extensive experience with over 29 years of commercial and residential real estate and business lending with a primary focus on borrowers with non-conventional financing needs. He is also NMLS registered and a licensed mortgage banker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
 
Rich joined his father’s well-established firm (founded in 1976) immediately after graduating Lehigh University in 1993 with Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and Marketing. The primary focus of the business was commercial loan brokerage which is how Rich originally met and did business with our Co-Chairman, Jack Hoopes and Don Young in their respective lending operations. Rich successfully led the growth and expansion of the business into residential mortgage banking and direct portfolio commercial real estate lending. He took over the family business in 2015 and continued to grow the loan portfolio which was ultimately acquired by Commonwealth Capital along with his entire staff.
