Eric is responsible for business development and new loan origination at Commonwealth Capital. Eric has over 23 years of experience in Commercial and Residential Lending. Prior to Joining Commonwealth Capital, Eric spent over 8 years with Frankel Financial originating commercial and residential loans. He has an extensive business network which helps him open many doors to different industries. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in commercial bridge loans, but also has extensive experience in Lines of Credit, SBA Loans, and Accounts Receivable Financing, just to name a few. Eric graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Economics. When he is not working, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He has spent many years teaching tennis and enjoys playing golf.
